TIPPING WITH MONERO

The power of decentralization is radically changing the economy.  Bitcoins inception in 2009 was a landmark technical achievement that allowed anyone to own digital money without an intermediary.  Since then, Bitcoin has been adopted by millions of people, well-established institutions, and a few governments.  What it does not offer is the ability to privately store, send, or receive your internet money.  The pseudonymous nature of Bitcoin is suited for some people and organizations, but cannot in its current form, become a cash-like money.

A fungible currency, like physical cash, allows anyone to participate in its circular economy.  There is no discrimination in the parties conducting the transaction. Monero (XMR) has become the closest functional technology to achieve this. Today, the amount of private transactions conducted on-chain are significantly higher than any other blockchain.  Black-markets and darkwebs have adopted Monero for its userbase.

Tipping your barista in-person is web 2.0, tipping XMR to low-income farmers who grew your coffee beans in a remote location is web 3.0  Low-income farmers deal with more government and economic instability.  Tipping Gratuitas farmers is helping create unconfiscatable generational wealth. In addition, customers are also securing their own transaction history.  Monero has a community constantly updating the protocol as the number and sophistication of tracking entities increases. For more information on how to the protocol works click here.
